Custom Designed Payroll Toolkit for Sage Accpac
The Atlantic DataSystems Canadian Payroll Toolkit for Sage Accpac is a set of utilities, reports and tools that add functionality to the Sage Accpac Canadian Payroll module. These additions include:
Employee Code Change:
Changes a single employee’s code or creates a set of employee codes based on your specifications
Earning/Deduction Code Change:
Changes or combines earning and deduction codes
Record of Employment Management:
Supports integration with Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) web-based record of employment system (ROE Web);
- Analyzes insurable earnings to determine zero weeks;
- Automatically creates ROE Web import files from Sage Accpac data;
- Maintains history of ROEs issued by employee;
Payroll Deduction Management:
Creates either a Sage Accpac Accounts Receivable batch or a Sage Accpac Accounts Payable batch from a given deduction.
T4 Management:
Automatically creates an import file to move Sage Accpac T4 data to industry standard T4 preparation software. This facilitates recording of year end entries such as pension adjustments or taxable benefits.
General Reporting:
Maintains a separate database of Canadian Payroll cheque data which allows for many different payroll analysis reports.
